Our Analysis stream (edited  by Aaron Trammell) offers a venue for interpretations of how analog games of all sorts are situated in one of many frames of reference. It is through analysis that we locate the ways in which games speak to literature, fields, media, and the ways in which these discourses help us to think and rethink games. Fundamentally and functionally, all essays published in our analysis stream have a common locus insofar as they investigate the ways in which games are embedded within larger structures of power.
